Maintain the overall maintenance and appearance of the apartment complex for current and prospective residents.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Aid in completing turnovers/make-readies of vacant units
- Be on-call for 24-hour maintenance emergencies
- Complete grounds work such as: trash pick-up and light landscaping
- Assist with various types of maintenance: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventative
Our Make Ready Technicians should meet the following criteria:
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least one year of make-ready/groundskeeper experience
- Use of own tools
- A professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, and maintenance staff
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
