American Communities is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents. Key responsibilities include inspecting units, completing minor repairs, replacing fixtures, assisting with painting and cleaning, and ensuring all units are move-in ready.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacant units for damage and necessary repairs
• Complete minor repairs such as fixing plumbing, electrical issues, and painting
• Replace fixtures like light bulbs, locks, and appliances
• Assist with painting and cleaning units to make them move-in ready

Requirements

• Basic maintenance experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
