Make Ready

Maintain the overall maintenance and appearance of the apartment complex for current and prospective residents.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Aid in completing turnovers/make-readies of vacant units
• Be on-call for 24-hour maintenance emergencies
• Complete grounds work such as: trash pick-up and light landscaping
• Assist with various types of maintenance: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventative

Our Make Ready Technicians should meet the following criteria:

• A high school diploma or GED
• At least one year of make-ready/groundskeeper experience
• Own tools provided
• A professional and courteous demeanor with residents, visitors, and maintenance staff
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
