What The Day Looks Like Providing excellent service for our clients - this includes everything from being the first point of contact , working with client on obtaining documents and providing updates on their case.Handling a high-volume case loadAdministrative tasks such as requesting medical records, organizing documents and data entry We're Looking For Someone Who Has at least 2-4 years of relevant legal experience in personal injuryAbility to review medical records and identify treatment and dates of serviceProactive and wants to get a task completed quickly and accuratelyDetail oriented and organizedThrives in a fast-paced environment with a large caseloadEnjoys speaking with clients from all walks of life and providing excellent serviceHonorable military service a strong plusRaleigh/Durham based preferred.
