The Role

Join our high-volume litigation team where paralegals play a major role in helping us achieve justice for injured people. This is an opportunity to shine as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with 2-3 litigation attorneys
• Build litigation cases by gathering evidence and reviewing records
• Communicate with clients
• Liaise with experts
• Schedule mediations
• Prepare for and attend trials
• Think critically and investigate to uncover the truth

Requirements

• 1+ years of litigation paralegal experience, personal injury plaintiffs preferred
• Must reside within NC within reasonable driving distance to Durham or Raleigh office
• Able to attend trials, including some overnight stays
