• Support 2–3 litigation attorneys in the preparation and management of plaintiff personal injury cases
• Gather and organize evidence, medical records, and case documentation
• Communicate directly with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and external partners
• Cook up and organize evidence, medical records, and case documentation
• Coordinate mediations, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Absolutely essential to assist with trial attendance and litigation support as needed
• Review records and identify critical issues impacting case strategy
• Maintain strong organization and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
• Think critically and proactively contribute to case development and investigation efforts

Requirements

• 2+ years of paralegal experience required
• Plaintiff personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred
• Must reside within driving distance of Greenville, SC
• Able to attend trials, including occasional overnight travel
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a litigation team
