- Support 2–3 litigation attorneys in the preparation and management of plaintiff personal injury cases
- Gather and organize evidence, medical records, and case documentation
- Communicate directly with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and external partners
- Cook up and organize evidence, medical records, and case documentation
- Coordinate mediations, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Absolutely essential to assist with trial attendance and litigation support as needed
- Review records and identify critical issues impacting case strategy
- Maintain strong organization and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
- Think critically and proactively contribute to case development and investigation efforts
Requirements
- 2+ years of paralegal experience required
- Plaintiff personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred
- Must reside within driving distance of Greenville, SC
- Able to attend trials, including occasional overnight travel
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a litigation team
