MAJOR GIFTS OFFICERFull-time (Hybrid)Location: Peninsula Area (San Mateo County)Hiring Range: $135k-$160k annually This hybrid role manages a major gifts portfolio of donors and prospects from Daly City and South San Francisco south through San Mateo, Redwood City, and Menlo Park. The Major Gifts Officer identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards individual donors and foundation partners capable of significant giving across the Peninsula. As the lead fundraiser for this market, they will build a visible community presence through regular donor visits, site visits, and events. Candidates must live in the Peninsula area. Strong preference for candidates familiar with the Peninsula donor community. The Opportunity As a Major Gifts Officer, you will play a central role in shaping and advancing PPMM’s major gift program for both our 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizations within your assigned region. You will manage and grow relationships with donors capable of giving $10,000-$100,000+, serving as a strategic partner, storyteller, and steward.
