About the Role
We are seeking candidates for two key positions within one of the largest dealer groups in the country, both located on Long Island.
Responsibilities
- Manage a department of 3-4 team members (BDC Manager role only).
- Train team members on phone scripts (Alan Ram phone script experience preferred).
- Handle internet leads, phone ups, unsold showroom traffic follow-up, and lease retention for a comprehensive BDC department.
- Utilize and train on Reynolds Contact Management system (basic level).
- Leverage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest) to enhance digital presence; provide portfolio/examples of capability.
- Oversee digital aspects such as Google Places, Google Analytics, and online reputation management (Internet Manager role only).
Requirements
- 2-3 years of BDC manager experience (BDC Manager role only).
- Self-starter, proactive, and career-focused (not a "clock watcher").
- Ability to provide strong professional references.
Pay
BDC Manager: $65,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience.
Internet Manager: $45,000–$65,000 per year, based on experience.
