About the role

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within major financial institutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
- Manage and grow existing client portfolios, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
- Present proposals and conduct presentations to secure new business
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
