Major Account Shop Supervisor
Job Summary
The Major Account Shop Supervisor position is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our Service Department in major accounts with a team of resident technicians. This includes providing leadership and setting expectations for team members, removing obstacles to ensure efficient workflow across the service departments, and partnering with other departments to ensure the technicians have needed items for repairs.
General Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage daily service department operations and technician productivity over TMM campus
- Oversight of 15 associates
- Oversee preventive maintenance for 1,700 units
- Lead daily meeting with TMM leadership
- Foster relationships with TMM Group leaders
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop service personnel assigned to TMM
- Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values, mission and purpose of "Helping People Carry the Load" to ensure we are customers', vendors' and associates' "Indispensable Partner"
Educational/Job Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Five to seven years of management experience
- Mechanical aptitude and service experience
- Display efficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a particular emphasis on listening skills
- Protect the organization's values by maintaining confidential information utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information
