About the Role

Logitech’s For Business sales team is scaling rapidly to support and sustain double-digit above-market growth. As the Public Sector Major Account Manager for the Public Sector East region, you will drive Logitech’s presence in State & Local Government, Education, and nonprofit accounts. Based in Ohio or Pennsylvania, this role focuses on the northern part of the region, engaging key decision-makers to define solutions that exceed business expectations. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales Engineers, Alliances, Channels, Distribution, and Marketing to deliver results.

This role requires travel for internal meetings, industry conferences, and on-site customer visits to strengthen partnerships. You will own high-touch engagement with your account plan, prospect new customer logos, and drive up- or cross-selling to existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an accurate project pipeline and track it through tools and data reporting, ensuring pipeline sufficiency to meet and exceed quota.
  • Proficiently use CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage and update pipeline data.
  • Focus on prospecting new accounts and developing top SLED (State & Local Government, Education, Nonprofit) accounts within your territory and vertical.
  • Win deals, RFPs, and standards, including tough accounts, while delivering quarterly revenue commitments and strong forecasts.
  • Create compelling client presentations and demos, leveraging innovative technologies such as AI.
  • Manage the sales cycle, including hands-on solutions demos with customers.
  • Partner with channel partners, including System Integrators and VARs, to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Listen to and aggregate customer feedback, providing insights on market trends and the competitive landscape to the product management team.
  • Streamline feedback to improve selling and operational efficiencies as the business grows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success Managers (CSM), Sales Engineers (SE), and HQ resources, to deliver an elite customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven relevant sales experience in the public sector with an assigned sales quota.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Experience selling Unified Communications (UC) and a strong understanding of cloud solutions.
  • Previous experience building strategic public sector account plans.
  • Sales experience in Video Collaboration is preferred.
  • Proficiency in social media tools such as LinkedIn and Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Rigor in updating and reporting via Salesforce (SFDC) to manage and ensure pipeline sufficiency.
  • Ability to conduct hands-on solutions demos in-person with customers.

Pay

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $104,500 and $151,000, depending on location and experience.

Schedule

Logitech offers a hybrid work model, allowing some employees to work remotely while others work on-premises. This role is open to work from home from most locations, with flexibility based on team and department needs. Travel is required for internal meetings, industry conferences, and on-site customer visits.
