Maintenance Duties
- Perform light maintenance repairs (patching/painting, minor plumbing fixes, light bulb replacement, basic electrical troubleshooting)
- Conduct routine safety inspections of common areas and resident rooms
- Maintain outdoor areas (trash removal, light grounds upkeep, salting sidewalks in winter if applicable)
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff
- Afford compliance with safety and fire regulations
- Assist with room turns and apartment preparation as needed
