Work Schedule and Location

• Average hours vary up to 30 hours per week.
• Some weekends, nights and holiday work required.
• Schedule subject to change based on division needs.
• Work locations include various parking garages in and around Downtown Orlando.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to read, write and follow instructions.
• Ability to work without close supervision once tasks are learned.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, often under hot and humid environmental conditions.
• Ability to climb stairs and use ladders.
• Ability to operate pressure washer, EZ-GO, and lawnmower.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Some experience in cleaning and repairs preferred.
• Valid Florida driver license required.

Position Type

This is a part-time position with no guarantee of a certain number of hours and no benefits. This position involves working on a temp/seasonal contract which can be renewed annually based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
• Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
• Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree;
• Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
