Work Schedule and Location
- Average hours vary up to 30 hours per week.
- Some weekends, nights and holiday work required.
- Schedule subject to change based on division needs.
- Work locations include various parking garages in and around Downtown Orlando.
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to read, write and follow instructions.
- Ability to work without close supervision once tasks are learned.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, often under hot and humid environmental conditions.
- Ability to climb stairs and use ladders.
- Ability to operate pressure washer, EZ-GO, and lawnmower.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Some experience in cleaning and repairs preferred.
- Valid Florida driver license required.
Position Type
This is a part-time position with no guarantee of a certain number of hours and no benefits. This position involves working on a temp/seasonal contract which can be renewed annually based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree;
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
