The posted compensation range of $19.05 - $30.29 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- Two to Four years general maintenace experience required.
- Strong communication skills: ability to read, write and speak English.
- Basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Performs maintenance service and repairs of buildings, equipment and grounds in order to provide a safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing environment for patients, staff and visitors.
- Includes those of general maintenance (i.e., carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, equipment maintenance and safety testing).
- Provides excellent customer service when working with patients, visitors and other staff members.
- Works under minimal supervision.
