Maintenance Worker I, II or III - Parks

About the role

This is a full-time position with the Saratoga Springs Public Works Department of approximately 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Performs skilled work pertaining to landscape maintenance and maintenance of Saratoga Springs City parks, streetscapes, park facilities, and other City of Saratoga Springs property.
• Functions as one of the City's principal "on-call" employees for after-hour emergencies related to the area of responsibility and for snow plowing.

Requirements

• Works under the specific direction of the Maintenance Supervisor -- Parks and the Parks Superintendent, and the general direction of the Public Works Director.
• Employees are also under the general supervision of the City Manager.
