Maintenance Worker

Description

Maintains and repairs Grand Portage Trading Post, Lodge, Casino, Car Wash, and Hollow Rock Resort properties and maintains grounds.

• Performs minor and routine plumbing, electrical and any other job related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor(s).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree, or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of minor plumbing, electrical and building repairs an asset.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and be insurable with Grand Portage Reservation auto insurance.

Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions.

American Indian Preference will apply.
