Job Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across buildings and grounds
- Repair and maintain items such as doors, windows, fixtures, and basic equipment
- Aid with light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
- Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance checklists
- Identify issues and report larger repair needs to leadership
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Respond to on-call needs as part of a rotating schedule
Qualifications
- 2+ years of general maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures
- Strong reliability, work ethic, and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a clinical and institutional environment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to perform physical work including lifting, bending, and standing
About the Role
This is a general maintenance role focused on keeping buildings safe, functional, and well-maintained across clinical, institutional, and office settings. The position follows a Monday-Friday daytime schedule, with a rotational on-call requirement to support after-hours, weekends, and holiday needs.

Monday ? Friday | 7:30 AM ? 4:00 PM (EST)
Rotational On-Call Requirement
When on-call, the candidate must be able to return to the account location within 45 minutes whenever emergency maintenance is warranted.
