About the role

The Navy Exchange Service Command in Fallon, NV is seeking a FLEX Maintenance Worker. The position offers a $1200.00 sign-on bonus (eligibility requirements apply).

Responsibilities

• Make basic plumbing repairs
• Perform washer/dryer routine maintenance
• Handle HVAC tasks

Requirements

• One year of experience in general maintenance practices
• One year of high school education or equivalent, substituting for up to three months of general experience
• One year of general maintenance work experience involving simple maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
• Frequent lifting and carrying of materials up to 50 pounds
• Physical demands including standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in uncomfortable positions

Qualifications

No military affiliation necessary.

Skills

Knowledge of general maintenance practices involving the upkeep of buildings, grounds, fixtures, and equipment.
