Maintenance Worker

What You'll Do

Provide maintenance to Residential campus.

Carry the Maintenance Department Emergency On-Call phone as required by the on-call schedule.

Be knowledgeable about job safety duties/responsibilities and demonstrate safe work practices as it pertains to the position held.

Promptly report unsafe conditions, situations, incidents, or injuries.

Responsible for obtaining required tools, returning such tools to storage, and maintaining tools in usable condition.

Certain Maintenance personnel will also be charged with the responsibility of safeguarding job-related inventory.

Qualifications

• You have a high school diploma, or GED.
• You have two years of relevant maintenance experience.
• You have an active driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
