Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic automated manufacturing systems, including programmable logic controls, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and belt and chain drive conveyor systems.
• Performs calibrations and re-qualifications on equipment at specified intervals and schedules.
• Sets up standard and special purpose laboratory equipment to test, evaluate, and calibrate other instruments and test equipment.
• Aligns, repairs, replaces, and balances component parts and circuitry.

Requirements

• Demonstrates advanced technical skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints, maintenance manuals, and engineering sketches, and utilize complicated drawings and specifications.
• Advanced mathematics and a variety of precision measuring instruments.
• Experience with Electronic Assembly: schematics, mechanical assembly, Cables: crimping, harness assembly, connector/wire soldering, cable prepping, and Mechanical & Electrical Tools: power air guns, taps & dies, alignment tools, measuring tools.

Qualifications

• At least two years of Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good with basic computer skills.

Skills

• Strong technical skills.
• Hands-on experience with electronic assembly, cable work, and the use of mechanical and electrical tools.

Pay

Hourly rate: $33-35/hr DOE

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
