About the role

Responsibilities
- Support member organizations in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee benefits administration including health insurance, retirement plans, and other programs.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Provide guidance on workplace relations, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Administer payroll and ensure accurate record keeping.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in HR.
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
