$ 22- $30per hour based on experience

What You Will Do
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for supporting the day-to-day upkeep and repair of residential units and facility spaces. This hands-on role includes completing work orders, performing general building maintenance, and assisting with lighting, basic electrical, and HVAC-related repairs.
Requirements
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Have experience in HVAC, electrical, and lighting
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
- Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
- Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM
