What You Will Do
- Performs work orders such as general building maintenance
- Changes light bulbs
- Makes minor electrical repairs
- Repairs drywall, painting, sheetrock
- Adjusts locks and hardware
- Makes minor plumbing repairs
- Unplugs drains
- Restocks and re-lights
- Maintains smoke detectors and emergency lights
- Completes grounds maintenance
- Maintains the vehicle fleet
- Completes required reports and documentation in a timely manner
Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma
- Prior building maintenance experience preferred
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record for the past 3 years
- Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to pass a physical exam
- Ability to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
