Responsibilities
- Coordinates work needed to keep Central Office, clinics, and satellite offices compliant with funding source, local, state, and federal code requirements, including OSHA regulations.
- Troubleshoots minor maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement.
- Performs preventive building maintenance duties, caulks windows and doors, repairs and replaces broken windows.
- Reviews work requests, establishes priorities, delegates appropriate work, and ensures progress and completion of work in a safe environment.
- Installs, moves, repairs, and removes equipment and utilities within the building.
- Affords oversight to outside contractors.
- Provides training to new and existing employees.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
- Conducts a physical inventory of fixed assets and supplies semi-annually.
- Collaborates with the Finance department to conduct.
- Performs in-service classes to staff as assigned.
- Complies with Employee Health Service requirements.
- Facilitates related services for health center clients as appropriate with respect to their confidentiality and privacy.
- Drives Mail Van to and from clinics, hospitals, or other locations as directed when required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Driver License with good driving record.
- Three years related work experience.
