Maintenance Worker

About the role

The Maintenance Worker performs a variety of tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, testing and inspections of physical plant equipment, preventive maintenance, and various janitorial duties, with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Two years of technical or trade school preferred
• Experience operating various hand/power tools and equipment ensuring proper safety precautions preferred
• Experience in the area of building maintenance and basic mechanical engineering preferred

Pay

This is a full-time role and the expected compensation range for this role is $18.00-$24.00 an hour.
