Duties
- Aid with regular facility & equipment inspections for safety, upkeep, and appearance.
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
- Repair and maintain vacated rooms promptly.
- Handle emergency troubleshooting and repairs of equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is clean and operational at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electric, carpentry, and general maintenance.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative.
- Ability to multitask, stay focused in stressful situations, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Drivers' license preferred.
- On-call every other weekend.
