Maintenance worker

Duties

  • Aid with regular facility & equipment inspections for safety, upkeep, and appearance.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
  • Repair and maintain vacated rooms promptly.
  • Handle emergency troubleshooting and repairs of equipment.
  • Ensure all equipment is clean and operational at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electric, carpentry, and general maintenance.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to multitask, stay focused in stressful situations, and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Drivers' license preferred.
  • On-call every other weekend.
