Responsibilities
- Perform routine repairs, including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and general maintenance.
- Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Inspect and maintain facility equipment, lighting, HVAC, and building systems.
- Assist with room setup, furniture moving, and facility projects.
- Maintain grounds, including snow removal and outdoor upkeep.
- Follow safety, fire, and infection control procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous Maintenance Experience Preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
