Maintenance Worker

About the role

A full-time position is currently available requiring a high school diploma. Candidates must have a clean driving record and successfully complete all necessary background checks. The ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted is essential, along with the capability to perform various maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Generate and respond to daily work order requests
• Implement specific preventive maintenance requirements
• Participate in capital improvement projects
• Handle emergency repairs as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Clean driving record
• Pass relevant background checks
• Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience is preferred but not mandatory
• On-site and off-site training will be provided
• Must be reliable, motivated to learn, and possess a strong work ethic
