Maintenance Worker

As a Maintenance Worker at Elim Wellspring, you will assist the maintenance department to help maintain our campus. Our ideal candidate is friendly, positive, and has an outgoing personality. Shift Available: Monday - Friday Days 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Wage Range: $19.09 to $27.43 / hour depending on experience. Location: 701 First St., Princeton, MN 55371 Maintenance Worker Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance repairs and projects as neededFollow scheduled maintenance programRespond to maintenance requests by residents and staffFollow-through on projects with little supervisionPerform manual tasks and carry out all given job related instructionsKeep detailed reports of ongoing and completed projectsPerform lawn care and landscaping duties; remove snow and ice from walkways.
