Maintenance Work Order Coordinator

About the Role

Real Property Management Principles is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to provide a great resident experience by keeping properties looking great and working well. This role involves coordinating maintenance efforts internally and with vendors, ensuring properties shine through repairs, painting, and cleaning between tenants and during residency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance work including general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; light groundskeeping; light appliance installation/maintenance; trash/large object disposal; pool maintenance, and more
• Provide front-line customer service with a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with residents
• Improve properties through quality work and customer service, helping residents love where they live and providing property owners with maintenance insights

Requirements

• 2 years experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc.)
• Valid driver's license
• Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone

Pay

$18–$23/hour, depending on experience
