Maintenance Work Order Coordinator

Real Property Management Principles is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to provide a great resident experience by keeping properties looking great and working well. This role involves coordinating maintenance efforts internally and with vendors, ensuring properties shine. The ideal candidate enjoys household repairs, takes pride in their work, and knows what needs to be fixed.

Responsibilities
- Property Maintenance – Coordinate maintenance work including general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; light groundskeeping; light appliance installation/maintenance; trash/large object disposal; pool maintenance; and more.
- Customer Service – As a front-line service team member, take pride in appearance and interactions with residents. A smile is part of the uniform.
- Improving Properties – Providing great customer service and completing jobs right creates opportunities to improve properties, helping residents love where they live and providing property owners with insights for property improvement.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license
- Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone

Pay
Base pay of $18–$23 per hour, depending on experience.
