Maintenance Unit Turn Technician

About the role

CBH Rentals is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Unit Turn Technician to ensure our units are quickly and efficiently prepared for new tenants.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit turnovers, including repairs, painting, and cleaning
• Inspect units for necessary maintenance and address issues promptly
• Replace or repair fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as needed
• Collaborate with the property manager and maintenance team to meet turn schedules
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or unit turns is preferred
• Proficiency in basic repairs, painting, and appliance troubleshooting
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, climb stairs, and work in various conditions
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
