About the role
Join our experienced Facilities Management team at Glade Creek Apartments and Hickory Woods Apartments, our conventional properties in Roanoke, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Refreshing and renewing apartment homes between residents
- Minor drywall work
- Plumbing repairs
- Electrical repairs
- General maintenance repairs
- On-call emergency maintenance rotation once every 3 weeks for extra pay
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience or skills in minor dry wall, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience or skills in minor dry wall, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance
Skills
- Experience in turnover (make ready)
- Good general maintenance skills
