Maintenance Trainer

About the role

Heritage Pools LLC is seeking a Maintenance Trainer to develop and support our maintenance team through structured training programs and field supervision. As Charleston’s leading pool maintenance provider, we are committed to excellence. This role is essential in ensuring our Maintenance Technicians receive the training and guidance they need to meet our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs for maintenance technicians
• Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to ensure quality service
• Supervise maintenance technicians in the field to ensure compliance with company standards
• Assess technician performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in pool maintenance
• Proven ability to train and mentor others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Passing score on a background check
