Maintenance Trades & HVAC Technician
About the role
As a Maintenance Technician – Trades & HVAC Specialist with Landings Management, LLC, you’ll keep our apartment communities in Jacksonville, FL running at their best — and you’ll do it alongside a solid team who’s got your back. This is a hands-on, trade-heavy role where your skills show. You’ll handle the kind of work that matters: HVAC installation, repairs and preventative maintenance, apartment turns and renovations, work orders, and everything in between. No two days are the same, and the breadth of work means you’ll stay sharp across multiple trades.
We’re a real estate development and management company that takes pride in the properties we build, the communities we serve, and—most importantly—the people who make it all happen. You’ll join a team that works together, supports one another, and is committed to getting the job done right. We believe our employees and their families deserve to be taken care of, and our benefits reflect that commitment. If you take pride in your work, value being part of a team, and want a place where your skills are respected, we’d love to hear from you.
