Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks on residential properties
• Handle apartment turnovers, including moving out and moving in processes
• Install, repair, and maintain various systems such as carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall

Requirements

• A valid driver's license
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the apartment maintenance or similar trade
• High School Diploma or greater required
