Maintenance Technicians 2nd & 3rd Shift

About the role

Maintain production equipment and facilities through preventive, predictive, and corrective actions. Troubleshoot, repair, and improve mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Collaborate with Engineers, Production Leads, Operations Manager, Quality Team, and Assembly Technicians to support plant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance at scheduled intervals on production and facility equipment using hand tools and diagnostic devices.
  • Repair or rebuild faulty equipment components to restore operation with minimal downtime.
  • Analyze chronic machine issues using historical data and implement preventive countermeasures.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve recurring downtime problems.
  • Maintain and improve facility infrastructure as needed.

Requirements

  • Two-year Technical Diploma, associate’s degree, or two years of on-the-job training in an industrial manufacturing facility.
  • Experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, including electrical components, industrial controls, and pneumatic systems.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance methods and safe work practices, including Lockout Tagout procedures.
  • Proficiency with multimeters, hand tools, and Windows-based programs (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of experience with automation and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical components at the machine level.
