Maintenance Technician- Wrenfield at Pleasant View
Responsibilities
- Completing service requests and repairs in apartments and common areas.
- Performing preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape.
- Troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
- Aiding with apartment turns, including painting, repairs, and cleaning.
- Maintaining grounds, facilities, and equipment.
- Responding to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in property maintenance, building operations, or a related trade.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-service mindset and teamwork attitude.
- Ability to work on-call shifts, evenings, or weekends as needed.
