Maintenance Technician - TX Markets

Position Overview

The Traveling Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring our stores remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. This position is responsible for responding to facility maintenance requests submitted through our internal ticketing system by store teams and District Managers. Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize work based on business needs, urgency, and travel schedules.

Pay

Base salary: $40,000 annually
Performance incentives: Up to $5,000 annually

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Travel required throughout Texas
• Primarily Monday through Friday
• Occasional after-hours, emergency, or weekend service calls as needed
