Our innovative products help enhance the agility, safety, and survivability of those who serve. We're looking for an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd Shift team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and support equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.
  • Install, modify, and improve production equipment to maximize reliability.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and organize spare parts inventory.
  • Fabricate replacement parts and assist with equipment upgrades.
  • Schedule and coordinate outside vendors when necessary.
  • Document maintenance activities using the maintenance management system.
  • Support production by minimizing equipment downtime.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings, wiring schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Experience with welding, fabrication, machining, or carpentry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working closely with Engineering and Production teams.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Work safely at varying heights using appropriate fall protection.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and overhead reaching.
  • Safely operate hand and power tools.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including eye protection, gloves, and heat-resistant gear.
