Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Minimum of one to two years’ experience working within trades associated with construction, maintenance and repair of facilities.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools and skilled in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering/sheet rocking, machine servicing, heating and ventilations, electrical or mechanical.
