Maintenance Technician- Sonoran

About the role

MG Properties, a regional property management firm with over 30 years of experience in apartment acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and management across the Western United States, seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician for Sonoran Apartments in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires a customer‑service‑focused technician skilled in all trades to maintain grounds, common areas, and apartment units.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas
• Completing maintenance service requests
• Appliance repairs
• Painting
• Apartment turnovers
• Taking emergency calls

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200‑unit property
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
• Customer service attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work on‑call rotation
• Consent to possible audio recordings during work duties
