They are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for Sierra Sage Apartments in Reno, NV.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas
• Completing maintenance service requests
• Appliance repairs
• Painting
• Apartment turnovers
• Taking emergency calls
• Other related maintenance duties

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200‑unit property (preferred)
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.) – required
• Customer‑service attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation – required
• Availability to work on‑call rotation
