About the role
Maintain and repair equipment and systems to ensure optimal operation. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and repairs on HVAC systems
- Install and troubleshoot electrical systems
- Handle emergency repairs as needed
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience with HVAC and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Knowledgeable in safety regulations and practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
