Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Responsive Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player, problem solver, and who's able to shift based on daily changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Absessing the current condition of facilities and equipment
- Scheduling and conducting interviews
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings
- Preparing job descriptions and posting openings
- Following up with candidates and scheduling interviews
- Assisting with onboarding new hires
- Timely communication regarding issues and material needs with Senior management
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word preferred)
- Experience in recruitment or related field
Compensation
$25.00 per hour
