Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Install, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
- Inspect equipment and perform routine maintenance to prevent failures.
- Maintain lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and building infrastructure.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Document maintenance activities and repairs.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
- Follow OSHA regulations and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Technical training or industrial maintenance certification required.
- Three or more years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- PLC troubleshooting experience required.
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces.
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Work around machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
