Maintenance Technician - Roseville, CA

About the role

The Maintenance Technician is to maintain the physical integrity of the community at all times. This involves ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Community Manager. The Maintenance Technician will assume all maintenance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plumbing and electrical systems are functioning properly
• Perform light carpentry tasks as needed
• Replace glass and screens as necessary
• Assist with unit turnovers
• Paint communal areas and units
• Other duties as requested by the Community Manager

Requirements

• At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance
• Computer skills are desired

Experience & Education

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred

• Plumbing and electrical repairs

Pay

A competitive salary, depending on experience starting at $26.00 - $27.00 per hour.

Schedule

A Monday through Friday work schedule; some flexibility will be required to accommodate on call needs.
