The Maintenance Technician position is for a new 284‑unit family community in Roseville, CA, reporting to the Community Manager.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician maintains the physical integrity of the community at all times, ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Duties include carrying out assigned maintenance tasks safely and assuming all maintenance responsibilities as directed by the Community Manager.

Requirements

• At least two (2) years of maintenance experience.
• Computer skills desired.
• Proficiency in plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Light carpentry skills.
• Glass and screen replacement.
• Unit turn preparation.
• Painting.
• High School Diploma or GED certificate preferred.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage starting at $26.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday work schedule with some flexibility required for on‑call needs.
