- General interior and exterior maintenance
- Repairs in apartments and building common areas
- Responding to resident service requests
- Preparing apartments for market
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous residential maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation and tools
- Live within 25 minutes of job location due to on-call status
- Understanding of appliance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repair preferred but not required
- Available to respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotation basis
- Must have a valid driver's license
