About the role
The New Ulm Economic Development Authority (EDA) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance duties for residential properties owned and/or managed by the EDA.
Responsibilities
- Prepare units for new residents
- Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs
- Monitor mechanical systems
- Assist with building support
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Two (2) years of custodial and/or building maintenance experience
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (20–25 hours per week). Hours may be flexible if the scheduled hours do not meet the candidate’s availability.
Pay
$17.72 – $20.95 per hour.
